FAQS
Am I required to go to the facility that my insurance company recommends?
Absolutely not. We recommend that you go with a shop that you know and trust. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular repair facility.
Do I need multiple estimates?
No, you are never required by law to get multiple estimates. You are, however, required to give your insurance company a reasonable amount of time to inspect the vehicle prior to beginning repairs.
If my vehicle frame is damaged, is it a total loss?
No. A car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company’s determined value of your vehicle. Nowadays, most cars are built using unibody (frame and body as one) construction. Our highly skilled technicians can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications. If it is determined that the frame section is bent beyond repair, that section can simply be replaced.
Can you match the paint color?
Today’s vehicles incorporate multiple layers of highly specialized paints. Our technology allows us to ensure your new paint matches your original manufacturer paint specifications.
What is a deductible?
When filing an insurance claim, you may find you have a deductible. A deductible is the amount of money you’ll have to pay out of pocket, in addition to the insurance company’s payment. This number is a set amount that is decided upon when purchasing an insurance policy.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday. 7 AM – 6 PM.
Do I need an appointment for a collision repair estimate?
Although it is not necessary to schedule an appointment, we do ask that you call to schedule an appointment so we can give you and your vehicle our undivided attention while you’re here.
How do I get an estimate?
Please contact us to schedule an estimate appointment or visit our Receive An Estimate page.
How long will my repairs take?
This answer depends on the extent of your repair, availability of parts and our current workload. We work hard to return your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. You may be eligible for a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired. If you have questions about your rental car coverage, please contact your insurance company.
Are estimates free?
Estimates are always 100% free.
